AbstractObjectivesTo evaluate the incidence and risk factors for liver enzyme elevations (LEE) in patients initiating first-line ART in the ICONA prospective observational cohort, between June 2009 and December 2017.Patients and methodsIn total, 6575 ART-naive patients were selected, initiating two NRTIs with the third drug being a boosted PI (n=2436; 37.0%), an NNRTI (n=2384; 36.3%) or an integrase strand transfer inhibitor (INSTI) (n=1755; 26.7%). The article 7.3 of the law 14/2006, of May 26 on technologies of human assisted reproduction establishes the possibility of determining legally the double maternity of married women and not separated legally or of fact, when the not biological mother consents that filiation decides to his favor the respect of the born son of his spouse. This paper analyses, in general, the evolution that has had the art. 7.3 LTRHA since its introduction by the Act 3/2007, 15 march. In that way, it shows which has been the legislator´s solution about the use of assisted reproduction tecniques by homosexual women couples. Likewise, it studies which resolutions on the matter have been more relevant in the last years. All this, to set out the legislator´s failure and the need to reformulate the filiation regime in face of the challenge that assisted reproduction implies.

The article aims at combining two methodological approaches, namely corpus linguistics and discourse studies. Both of these approaches are present in corpus-assisted discourse studies (CADS) which makes use of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. First, an attempt is made to discuss the differences and similarities of these two traditions based on Leech’s (2000) listing. However, it turns out that this listing does not include all necessary viewpoints, and those are further discussed. Background: International travel plays a role in the spread of HIV-1 across Europe. It is, however, not known whether international travel is more important for spread of the epidemic as compared to endogenous infections within single countries. Patterns of transmitted HIV drug resistance in Europe vary by risk group

BACKGROUND: In Europe, a continuous programme (SPREAD) has been in place for ten years to study transmission of drug resistant HIV. We analysed time trends of transmitted drug resistance mutations (TDRM) in relation to the risk behaviour reported. METHODS: HIV-1 patients newly diagnosed in 27 countries from 2002 through 2007 were included. Inclusion was representative for risk group and geographical distribution in the participating countries in Europe. Trends over time were calculated by logistic regression. Le unioni omosessuali rappresentano un banco di prova per gli ordinamenti costituzionali sotto il profilo della tutela dei diritti fondamentali. Diverse sono le posizioni espresse dalla giurisprudenza della Corte europea dei diritti dell'Uomo e dalla Corte di Giustizia dell'Unione europea. Nell'ordinamento costituzionale italiano, in assenza di alcune disciplina normativa, la tutela delle coppie omosessuali è stata garantita dalla Corte costituzionale e dagli interventi dei giudici comuni.
